Coming May 12th, multicultural day. The GNBVT community presents different cultures of different countries around the world in an all inclusive cuisine. Which features a dish from a country around the world. The countries with featured dishes on the menu include Mexico, China, Cape Verde and the European Union. The different dishes include Corn Black Bean Fiesta from Mexico, Orange chicken from China, Jag from Cape Verde, and Perogies from the European Union. This day will also include an option to dress in cultural attire.
