Run
Club
Run Club is open to all students, including track team members, new runners, and off-season athletes. It meets twice weekly from 3:00 to 4:00 PM during the breaks between athletic seasons and continues through the summer with two early morning sessions each week.
In a fun, casual environment, participants gather with friends to learn proper running technique, practice dynamic stretching routines, and participate in individual and group workouts. Run Club offers a supportive space for students to stay active, build healthy habits, and enjoy running together.
